If you are having trouble opening the Voice chat room please check the following.

System requirements for Voice2Video Voice Chat Products


Windows 95, 98, NT, or 2000
Pentium II - 200MHz, 32MB RAM
500 KB disk space
56K modem
Soundcard and speakers
Microphone (headset recommended)
Internet Explorer 6.0 or later

Other browsers and versions of explorer may work but may cause distortions in the page or lower voice quaility. The AOL browser being a prime example. If you use AOL minimize your browser, then click on and open an internet explorer browser from which to enter our room.


Browser security settings

To manually set your browser security settings, go to the top of the browser, click on tools, internet options, heading security, and then click on custom level.

Security settings should be set as follows:

ActiveX controls and plug-ins:

Download
signed ActiveX controls..............select 'Prompt'
All other ActiveX controls ..........select 'Enable'
Cookies: .................................select all 'Enable'
Downloads: .............................select all 'Enable'
Java Permissions: ...................select 'Low Safety'
Miscellaneous: ..........Software
Channel Permissions................select 'Medium Safety'
Scripting: ................................select all 'Enable'


If you have a personal fire wall in some cases you will have to allow permission for the voice chat room to get access.
